June 16th, a day full of firsts. First time in the lake and feeling the sand between my toes, my first tooth popped through today (the second one came on the 18th!), and it was my dad's (Graham's) birthday!

Welcome to the 21st Century!

Welcome to our family blog! I am finally getting with the program. I have loved reading Sarah's (a good friend of mine) and just thought it was about time to start our own. What a great way to keep everyone in the loop!

We are busy at the King house. Sean is now 5 1/2 months old! Where does the time go?! He is eating cereal and just learned how to stick his tongue out. He makes us laugh, warms our hearts, and is the most precious gift. Graham is a studying maniac! He will be taking his MCATs on August 16th. This is a very important test he has to take and the better he does, the better his chances of getting into medical school. He is a very hard working man, but always makes time for his family. Sean thinks he is the greatest person on earth. He loves doing "guy" stuff with his dad. I am enjoying being home with Sean. We play, nap, read, sing, laugh, and take lots of walks. We are also lucky to have family nearby, and we spend a lot of time with them, too. School is right around the corner, so when August starts, my brain starts to wander. I will be teaching 1st grade this year, so it will be an exciting year!
